About me

A bit about me

My love for cooking started when I was six, in my mom’s kitchen, where food was always at the heart of everything. As I moved through different countries — from Kazakhstan, Poland, Canada, and Switzerland to now France — those childhood flavours have stayed with me.

I became vegan 14 years ago, and this transition changed how I cook. It pushed me to get creative and reimagine my favorite dishes using plants. Working in a gluten-free restaurant took that even further, especially when it came to mastering dough for dumplings, breads, pizzas, and pastas.

I now teach cooking workshops to show that plant-based cooking can be simple, fun, and full of flavour. My goal is to help people feel confident in the kitchen, find their own style, and discover that everyone can cook delicious food.
